Breaking Bad The Movie

What's great about TV is that it’s not limited to 2 hours for a story and character to develop, anything can happen, it's doesn’t follow a 3 act structure. Super fans Lucas Stoll and Gaylor Morestin cut a 2 hour movie and it didn't quite work. Breaking Bad is about Walter White, a high school chemistry teacher transformation to drug kingpin Heisenberg. Walter who recently is diagnosed with terminal lung cancer uses his chemistry skills and starts making meth to make money so his family will be set. Breaking Bad had 62 episodes and each one was set up perfect and every second served a purpose to the story. This supercut focuses on one story line and misses a lot, too much for me. Jessie's tragic journey is not shown, focusing more on Walt and Hank and totally missing the Walt/Jessie relationship. Many side characters also don't make an appearance. Condensing the show doesn't work. If you're a Breaking Bad fan feeling nostalgic, give it a go. If you haven't seen the show and actually made it to this point of the review then start watching arguably the best show ever. Much respect to the superfan editors Morestin and Stoll, I get bored after five minutes of work. I can't imagine editing all the stuff. "Yea Bitch! Magnets"
